1 Enter your product key. Go to Norton.com/setup and press “Enter a product key”. 2 Enter your information and create an account. Sign in to enter your product key, access your account, manage your subscription and extend your Norton protection to PC, Mac, Android and iOS devices. 3 Select “Enter a new product key”. Enter your 25-character software key from your order confirmation email. Enter your product key. Enter the 25-digit product key that you received by email. Afterwards you can proceed to the installation from step 5.
